So I took my truck to 2 other shops before being referred to Natco. The other shops said I needed a new transmission. Natco said just torque converter. Saved me a ton of money and truck running like new and shifts very smooth. They got the work done super fast and price was reasonable. Highly recommend these guys!!Service: Transmission

I broke down 10pm at night a mile from this place, so I got towed to their yard, left my truck in their parking lot & a message on their voicemail explaining. The very polite office person called me in the morning, explained they would take a look & let me know. She called me back before noon letting me know it was fixed and I could pick it up after I got off work! The mechanic took the time to explain what broke & how they fixed it! Thanks Mike!Service: Transmission

Had Natco rebuild the 727 in my old Dodge Power Wagon. So far so good. They were able to get me in and done pretty quickly and the truck is driving great. Price was reasonable, I totally understand paying a guy for a good quality job. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks.Service: Transmission

Tim and the crew did a great job on a performance rebuild on my 4l60e out of my Heads/Cam 95 Caprice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing the proper torque converter pairing. I will be back for help with any future transmission needs.

My truck started having transmission problems.. i take it to natco and the initial diagnosis was a coupler of sensor codes. After they dropped the pan they discovered the problem was bigger than that. I don't have the 3-4 grand to replace the trans.. So they service the trans, fluid & filter and tell me it's ready to pick up. Tim tells me "no way to know how long it will last, but i could not in good conscience replace the sensors knowing it wouldn't fix the problem" ... A word of advice to any new business owners "INTEGRITY" .. Natco could've put in new sensors and charged me $1000 . But instead they passed on the easy money and did the right thing. That is integrity.. when I'm ready, the truck will go back to natco to get fixed right, Thanks to Tim and Mike

This place is fantastic! They weren’t afraid to take on the transmission rebuild on my very old truck. They called me every step of the way, to ask and explain what was and could need repair. I recommend them to anyone!

Called and explained the problem I was having with my Allison 5 speed and Hip knew exactly what the problem was, and even ordered the part prior to me arriving a couple days later. They got it done and test drove it to ensure the issue was fixed. I highly recommend this shop for any transmission related service. Now my temp gauge reflects the correct temperature and my Allison is happy again. Thanks guys!-Update- above is the typical review I would give a business that exceeds my expectations. It was my original review, but it turns out their solution did not fix the problem. So they continued to try and fix the problem first they replaced the temperature sensor which appeared to fix it. Next was the internal harness which definetly needed to be replaced. Then after that didn't work my third time bringing it in they wanted to replace the ignition switch thinking there was electrical problems with it causing the temp sensor to go haywire which in some cases could be accurate. Well that didn't fix it either. So I ask them what about the TCM can we replace that because that was my suspicion after the harness didn't work. I asked if I brought one in could they program it to my trucks VIN. They told me they didn't have the tool. (A tech2) They said they would look for a used one and it should be plug-and-play. After waiting several days I never got a call back informing me of whether or not they could get one. My truck was out of service for several weeks because I didn't want to damage the transmission driving it without proper sensors working correctly. Finally, I went on Flashmasters and had a TCM sent to me. Low and behold it worked fixed the problem and my truck seems to run fine again. My question is how could this be properly diagnosed without throwing parts at it. I'm sure the IGN switch was just a waste of parts and labor. I should of done all the work myself. I hope they don't take this personal because he seemed like a great guy. I feel I got screwed for the IGN switch and not calling me back to actually fix my truck for the reason I brought it in for. Everyone I talk to says I should be refunded labor costs.

Ford Escape I bought in California had the transmission start to slip. Was quoted 3000 by two different shops. My auto mechanic recommended these guys. They were good and honest and fixed it without the rebuild I was quoted for a third the price. Highly recommend.
