All the staff at Hayford Ford were very helpful with helping me find a car. It was a very pleasant experience and they were so knowledgeable and easy to deal with. This was our 5th car we have bought from them. We definitely would recommend Hayford Ford to buy a vehicle from.

It was amazing and fast service. Great deal on trade in and wonderful introduction showing everything on how things work. We bought a 2025 car and we were the first to buy one. They had throughly studied the car and was able to answer our questions. I highly recommend Hayford Ford for your next new or used car. Great Job Hayford Ford.

Terrible... the 'product specialist' doesn't know anything. Owner refuses to fix problems and wont come talk to you face to face. Absolutely no respect.

Took a chance and offered Hayford my business after hearing multiple others tell me they havent had pleasent expierences. I bought a 5yr old used truck from Hayford. Reasonably priced. I came in an hour before they closed and offered to come back the next day. Sales was dead set on a sale that night. The finance department was very unhappy to still be there. I requested to use a loan through my credit union. They never even contacted my credit union. The loan they gave me was based off a credit score that was nearly 120 points below my actual score. My credit union verified my credit score when I refinanced pretty much immediately for almost a 4.5% interest drop. I had to go through the whole refinancing process less than two weeks after I bought the vehicle because Hayford automatically enrolled me in a loan with Wells Fargo with a credit score they got from Equifax. I opened a credit card with my credit union two weeks later and they used Equifax as well and found my score to be way higher.
Furthermore a wire for the block heater was clearly identified broken prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Hayford claimed they would fix it. They said they'd call me once the part was in. Two weeks later still no contact by them so I call them and tell them if they are lying about their intentions to fix it to let me know and I'll fix it myself. They then say there must have been a communication error because the part was in stock when my truck was purchased. Their manager Furthermore told me I had no right to question their character because he's a man of his words. I told him to just mail me the part and I'll do it myself. I was pleasently surprised to see they at least followed through with mailing me. I expected them not to because that was the character i was expecting of them.
I wish I had a better experience with Hayford and could recommend them to others, but I really can't. Worst expierence I've ever had with a dealership. Their sales team is pleasant and have some good employees, but their finance guy was extremely short and rude, and their manager was more concerned with his pride than he was resolving the issue. They also do not care about how they treat you once you sign the paperwork. I try to keep business local when I can, but I won't be back and won't be recommending them to anyone I know. In a small community reputation and integrity is everything. Not once was it offered to me for them to follow up on how my credit score was found to be 120pts below what it actually is. Nor did anyone apologize for the absolute cluster of a process they have.

I ordered a new F350 in Feb 2024. Truck finally came in in July. Went to pick it up, and front end was clunking. I Left it there to fix. Got a call back that it was fixed a couple days later, so we went there again, and it was not. Still clunking. Left it there again to be fixed. Got a call a week later it that it was fixed again. Went in again to pick it up, and went to pay for the truck with purchase agreement in hand. Was filling out paperwork with Tom, and paperwork said $3,000 over the purchase agreement price. After questioning, he got ahold of TJ, who was making up multiple reasons as to why the price was different.The only stipulation was mileage, and I was well under. Was notified by different employee that what TJ did was wrong. I order new trucks every 3 years, and have NEVER had any dealer act like this and back out of an agreement.

Truck I bought was great. I did notice that there was a rather large chip in the paint. They covered it up with sharpie to hide it. I did not see it the day I bought the truck because of this. They offered me half of the blue book trade in value of my old truck, and did not offer extended warranty on new truck. Of course this is all on me, I made the choice to trade in my truck, I can live with my choice. I just wanted to share the experience for other customers.

I took my car in for an oil change and the whole process was smooth, efficient and pleasant. I called and the had an appointment available the next day. When I showed up, they were ready for me right away, everyone was friendly, and it took less than the hour they quoted me. I was actually disappointed because I wanted more time to read the book I brought!
Will definitely be bringing my car back to Hayford!

i bought a 2015 ford truck but i'm starting to feel dishonesty with the sales man and work they did on my truck . i don't like talking bad about people or business . so if i could go back in time this wouldn't have been a place i would have bought my truck . but i made the bad decision to stop there and face there lies. if it wasn't for the fact that i love the truck i would be more upset with my self . it's very hard to find honest car dealerships anymore . don't get me wrong some of the people are nice and friendly, but again well all learn the hard way . now i'm not saying not to buy a car or a truck but just making people my thoughts ..my truck ran great till i brought it in for and oil change plus engine light came on ever since that visit of repair my truck keeps having issues . i don't hate the dealership but i would like more honesty

I bought my truck here. Sales person was great. I get my oil changed here, it’s more expensive than other dealers and I’m fine with that. But the waiting room chairs are the worst. You constantly have to hold yourself up. Time for an upgrade

I perched explorer from them it was the interest rate was 5.9% ford had a interest rate of 1.9% as advertised. Byer be ware.
