This is an awesome shop! They get our car in quickly, do a great job of fixing it and are reasonably priced. Customer service is out of this world. They take time to talk to you about your car, don't rush the conversation, and talk in terms you can understand.

We had intermitant issues with the electrical system on our Suburban that A & W Automotive was able to diagnose and repair for a lot less than another shop charged us after not being able to find the problem.

Will always does a nice job at a fair price. Trust his expertise completely and always gives me an idea of things that will need to be fixed and assumes nothing. Prompt at calling when there are more items that need to be addressed. Cars that Will has worked on for me: 2003 Jetta 2001 GTI 2000 Montero Sport - Sorry about that one Will... 2006 Dodge Durango 2007 Buick Lucerne 2000 Dodge Dakota Even though there are many options in my area, Will is always my first choice.
