I needed an adjustment to my rear derailleur. I was told by another local bicycle shop that they didn't have time to fix it. I walked into to Cykel and the mechanic was kind and helpful. He fixed my problem and showed me how to do the repair myself in the future. 5 minutes and $5 later I was riding away. My experience was exceptional!

What an excellent experience my family and I had at the Cykel bike shop. Such warm and helpful people, we are new to mountain biking and needed some bikes and gear. I’m so glad we chose Cykel. Full service, made sure we knew how to use the bikes, nice selection of all sizes, and they really went the extra mile to help newbies have a wonderful experience at the Cuyuna Mountain Bike Park. They told up where the best places to go were. And the directions and overview with a map. Even filled our water bottles and topped off our tires. 5 star all the way.

Stopped in to kill some time, ended up walking out with a new bike! Everyone who was working here was awesome. The owners were both there and were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Great bike shop for rentals! Got our several person crew in for rentals last minute for a bachelor party weekend. Good bikes and service. Recommend reserving ahead!

We had a great experience renting mtn bikes here. Helpful and professional employees. You can ride the bikes right into Cuyuna, ~5 minute ride from the store. Competitive prices, you may want to reserve bikes ahead of time, especially on weekends. We were lucky to grab bikes on walk-in.

Excellent bike shop in an excellent location. Saturday morning 10 am, snapped seat post bolt 30 seconds into galloping goose. Gingerly rode back to Rally Center, dont sit, dont sit, loaded bike on rack and drove .9 miles to the shop. Friendly staff had a very reasonable priced 27.2mm RaceFace post and I was back on the trails, chasing on to the group, in 25 minutes. Life saver, day saver, all that. Even got some compliments on my vintage whip....26r HT forever (until I buy a Canyon Neuron CF9....)

We pop into all the bike shops when we visit new places. This was our first visit to Cykel! The staff were super! My son bought a 'cool' pair of new sunglasses and we grabbed some Cuyuna t-shirts. We didn't need any repairs or rentals. We have walked into many bike shops where they barely acknowledge you because your not a 'local', this place was the opposite of that. The staff were very friendly, we will be back!

Super straightforward and easy bike rental. They tuned everything up and adjusted it for my weight and made sure I was set before hitting the trails. We got to meet the owners when we brought the bike back - so friendly and helpful - looks like they are living their dream! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but this one is worth it: This was the second time in 2 years I had to pop in on a weekend to get help fixing a trailside break. Both times they got my bike on the rack immediately. Talked to the owner this time and he said they purposely bring in extra help and hold of scheduling big service jobs on the weekend so they can get people back on the trail as quick as possible. Super fair prices in parts both times. Super quick service both times. There's no way I'd go anywhere else at this point. Great job guys.

Best shop around, hands down! Driving up from Idaho to race in the Lutsen 99er. Rear shock needed to be serviced. My Hometown shop was not able to do the service before heading east, luckily I had the service kit. Called a ton of shops along the way to see if they did in-house shock services and if they could fit me in their schedule. Cykel was able to make it work - phew! Thank you Louis, you were a life saver. All around friendly and personable staff. Very welcoming - there to help you as soon as you walk in the door. Will be back again!

My new favorite place to rent bikes for the Cuyuna trails. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It’s so cool that they design and build their own bikes! I’m 6’8” and they gave me an XL bike. Unfortunately even the XL wasn’t quite big enough but I asked and they raised the handlebars for me which made it so much more comfortable. I was talking to the owner (I think?) and he mentioned that the next generation of bikes they’re designing might have better handlebars to seat height ratio for their bigger bikes. It’s so cool to hear that, I would definitely think about buying a bike like that!!!

Was in town riding and buddy broke spokes, turned out whole wheel was shot! They found him a wheel to work installed tire and got him back on the trail. In the meantime I went with a new bar and stem for my ride! Guys in the shop are very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

We stopped in to just look around and left with a great buy on a pedal assist mountain bike . my wife and i are so happy . Jay that helped us was super friendly . we were not looking to by a bike Saturday, but the workers and owners were great to work with. We will definitely be back. These Local owners care more about the customer then a few extra dollars in their pocket.

Best bike shop near the Cuyuna trails. They have all the gear you could ever want and can fix any problem. They fixed my son's bent rim, realigned my rear mech, and can even manufacture any spoke length, on site. ?
