Not the worst of drug stores nor the best...but they do have good staff that actually want to help patrons. I couldn't remember if I still had an Walgreens account-so they looked it up for me. Thank you! I was able to use my "Walgreens account" to get the discounted price on a product I was purchasing.

Never really had any issues here before in the past, as I've been picking up prescriptions at this location for 3 years now. Today though, there was an extremely rude, blue-haired girl working back in the pharmacy, that I'd not seen before. She offered very poor customer service, and was actually behaving quite aggressively, when I brought up that the medication was supposed to be on a work comp claim.. Sorry that I've inconvenienced you?? After years of coming here, I will no longer. I'll have my prescriptions sent elsewhere, thanks for being rude!

Pharmacy staff are always helpful and kind. They can be busy as that is a reality of any store. Higher ups need to pay them a lot more because they're worth more. Realy sad to see a company pay workers much less than they're worth.

The manger is great. I went to 2 Walgreens trying to find my specific vitamin. Both were out & I called a 3rd & it was out. I told the manger the one I usually get & she showed me the vitamin had D3 in it too, but I didn't realize it because it wasn't in the title. Yesterday Friday Jan. 29th the cashier wanted to look up my receipt with my rewards. I typed it in. It wasn't there & she said she had to get a manager. I thought she just meant for the return. I didn't want to hold up the line so I told her to ring up the next person. She said she couldn't take my rewards off & I didn't think it was a big deal. She did offer to have the next guy type in his rewards, but he didn't have one. When the transaction was done, I forgot that I get digital receipts. That is so screwed up. I had to email the stranger his gift card receipt. That is so wrong on many levels. The cashier should be able to remove the rewards without a manger. The machine should offer a printed receipt or an emailed & printed receipt like every other store does. What idiots of Walgreens to do that.

Terrible customer services. I purchased a gift card there and had a problem with it. No One would help me! I will never spend a red cent at Walgreens. Ever.

I've been going to Walgreens for 15 years, 8 of those have been this store. I really haven't had a problem with the people there, but I always hope that Rose will be there to assist me in the pharmacy. Even under pressure, she still greets everyone with a smile and remembers the regulars. I wish the other techs were the same. I think the pharmacy tends to be short staffed though - many times I've been thankful that I'm not in a hurry and end up waiting at the drive-up window or in line for it (the reason for the 4 rating). Sometimes faster to run inside. If Rose goes, I may check out another Walgreens.

very high priced and the pharmacy will mess up your RX on blame it on the insurance. We never have any issues with other pharmacy's but with this one it is never anything but a hassle.... The only staff member who knows anything is Rose all the rest including the pharmacist don't know how to do anything but give the customer a hassle... they short you on your medication and tell you it's not their fault.... they only gave me a weeks worth of my pain meds and told me I forfeit the rest of the 30day supply... This would be fine but i'm a week out of back surgery... I will never shop walgreens again I suggest you do the same....
