Kristen Petty was fabulous to work with from start to finish! She was never rushed throughout my car buying experience, and was thorough to make sure that all of my questions were answered and my concerns were being met. She was also quick with areas that needed to be addressed so that the car buying experience did not have to take all day as they sometimes can tend to do. I was able to leave there satisfied in knowing I was able to find exactly what I was looking for because of how well she listened. She was able to offer alternatives for pricing scenarios and was great in offering advice towards purchasing or leasing. I am so pleased I was able to leave knowing I can continue being a loyal customer and also extremely happy with her customer service where I truly feel valued as a consumer.

My husband and I walked in without an appointment and that was no problem at all. We went there with the intent to trade in my car and got the best service from Kristen Petty. She was mindful and respectful of what I was looking for payment wise and what I was looking for vehicle wise. I had a boat load of questions and she was very helpful with answering all of them. I love my new Atlas!

Duane at Volkswagen of Inver Grove was so helpful during the purchase of our new car. He went out of his way to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The day we purchased the car he took time to explain all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. I had never intended on buying a German Car; but after reading the specs, checking out a new commuter car, test driving. I found a good fit, standard vehicle with some luxury feel without Luxury prices. No pressure sales, Dave Kono provided info the various features (start/stop disabling, pulse eqmt, ect.) relaxed environment and neat little showroom tucked away in a busy corridor.
