I feel absolutely rescued by the guys at Verizon Inver Grove Heights!! I had a bad experience fron an independent selling company at Walmart. Warning, do not work with them. They will mess up your life and phone for days!!! E.J. and Matt were wonderful and patient...goes see them!!!! FIVE STARS!!

Horrible experience here! I went on knowing I has free battery replacement on my mobile protect plan. The guy told me I'm not a repair shop! Immediately said my phone did not work and that I'd have to pay $100 for a new battery. Said my phone was obsolete to that I replied, I don't care, I cannot afford a new phone. He gave .e attitude Ike you would not believe! Very disrespectful when all I needed was a battery change! I told him I'll take my business elsewhere, and getting my seat belt on in the car came out yelling, you get free battery replacement! I said Duh, I already knew that and drove away. Do not go there! Verizon should be ashamed at this horrible experience I had. Very awful. Wish I could give a negative on the review.

Was greeted with when entered. Ok. I wanted to switch my devices from on line to the other and the guy said he wanted $50 for something customer service will do free on the phone. No thanks people! Have a good day!
