Tom was rude and when I dropped off my boxes he actually threw my small boxes from the cash register to behind the window. I know it is high traffic time but I also work in a high traffic business and his service was one star. He needs training or if he has been there for a length of time he should not be at that level. Oh, I go to the post office almost daily and have had people stack the packages but a careless throwing of someone's belong's or gift isn't acceptable.

Wow, talk about an awesome post office! The person working was so friendly and kind. Very efficient. The lobby was extremely clean. Definitely the post office to come to. She needs a raise!

Most annoying experience I have had with a post office in my life. Very poor mail service would rather send back mail than find proper address, woman on phone was the rudest customer service person I have encountered to the point of she needs training or to be let go

Received a notice today that my package was not deliverable because . I'm unclear on how USPS could not access my house to delivery said package, given that my driveway is plowed and had no other cars on it, and the wheelchair ramp leading from the driveway to my front door is free of snow and definitely accessible because I have used it today several times. Additionally, no animals were present that could interfere with a delivery. There was/is nothing present to prevent access to my front door, so it appears to me that the postal worker is simply lazy and did not want to get out of their vehicle and walk 15 feet up the ramp to deliver the package to my front door. I am NOT happy about this delay. I am also not happy at the excuse given as to why the package couldn't be delivered, given that none of the reasons for "no access to delivery location" fulfilled - access to my front door was completely accessible. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I know for a fact that route was accessible to an individual, whether standing with a package or holding package in your lap while wheeling up the ramp, since I'd used the ramp several times today. I sincerely hope this package is delivered ASAP tomorrow morning, otherwise I will be having a conversation with the post office.

The USPS will not allow you to call their branch offices. Their 800 number lands you in a circular automated hell. They don’t have options for what you need. How hard is it to list the phone number of the local branch?

Tried to call in to let them know the lock on my mail box is broken and I can’t get into it. You’re not allowed to speak to a real person and there is no option for this problem. Such an easy fix if I could just talk to someone for 30 seconds

Technically I'm closer to the S. St. Paul post office, but the counter people there are rude, so I started taking packages to this location. Tom, Dylan and Nikki are the main three working. They are all super friendly and helpful and now greet me by name. Super staff here!

I had an extremely good experience at this USPS all thanks to Jeff and Tom! They were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of promptly. Thanks Jeff & Tom!

We had to walk to the post office in the rain to mail something out and got there 15 minutes early.A super nice man named Jeff let us in to get out of the rain and Tom helped us early so we could catch an Uber and our flight on time.It was so unexpected, but VERY appreciated.Thank you BOTH!!

Experiences like these truly make me disgusted with the world we live it. It does not have to be this complicated. The automated system for the national number provided on the local location I looked up is beyond inept! I have never wasted more time in my life to only get nowhere. I just moved, supposedly, the local post office can help me identify which mailbox belongs to me (not the HOA) but cant get through to a human being and the automated system can't hear and has limited options. I checked out the previous reviews, can't blame this on COVID. Get it together!!!!!!!!!
