The bathroom is nicer then my mom's, and everything is literally glistening in that place...I am used to mechanic shops with dirt floors where I'm from.. sooo this is next level! Also one of the staff drove me the holiday Inn as the car was in the shop over night. Good people over there..I highly recommend seeing them.”
“Yesterday (8/31/2024), I was in a pinch after I tried to do my own oil change and failed to get the oil filter off due to it being over tightened. I pulled up to their shop without an appointment and spoke with Bob and despite him being busy he took the time out of his day to lift my car and take it off for me free of charge. It's rare you see service like this anymore and I will be taking my vehicle their for additional service when the time comes. “We made a last-minute decision to take our 2011 van on a several-day visit out-of-town, but it needed quite bit of deferred maintenence work completed on very short notice. TGK Maplewood Manager Evan was great to work with as he committed to getting it done on time (even earlier!) for us. “Recently got my tires rotated at the dealership and my driver side front wheel began making a noise. I didn’t want to take it back to the dealership because I didn’t want to get ripped off. I explained to the gentleman (perhaps the owner) what was happening and he immediately knew what the issue was. He asked to confirm by doing a quick drive. When he came back, he spent 10 seconds doing something to the wheel. He went for another drive and NO MORE NOISE. When he returned, he explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I left his shop feeling so appreciative of his honesty and knowledge. Any other mechanic (and the dealership) would have seen the opportunity to make easy money off me by charging me an hour or two for labor and I would never know the problem was a simple fix. Hope not to deal with future car problems but now I know where I can go if any arise. Thank you!”

They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . I asked a lot of dumb questions and they didn’t treat me as if I was dumb or knew anything less .extremely informative , fast , and easy availability, along with many other things .
