Pretty quick service with a car dropped off in the morning for brakes, oil change, and some extras. They have a nice shuttle program for rides home and back as well.

Brought my 2018 Lincoln in for oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be awhile but I could leave it there. I took an Uber to work and heard nothing all day. Took an Uber back and went to the front desk only to find out they didn’t have time to do the service. So I spent the day without a vehicle and got nothing done, only got a sorry and I could bring it back another time. Terrible communication and customer service. I will never return to that Quicklane service center ever again.Services: Tires

Their service is horrible. The last FOUR times I have been there I have been refused service or told the wait would be 3 hours or more ( and this was early in the morning). Oh, and don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t have those either. I don’t know if I would buy a vehicle from them due to this ridiculously bad service!Service: Oil change

Bought a brand new van from them and saleman promised to fix dent (in writing) on bumper that it came with. Never was fixed after 2.5 years. Transmission went at 100,000 miles and ford wanted $12,000 to fix it. Got three other estimated for $6,000. Do NOT go there. They are a complete rip off.

I've purchased two used trucks from this dealership. Both vehicles were sold with garbage tires that weather cracked and leaked within months of buying them and both vehicles needed brake pads. Both vehicles were sold with complimentary oil changes I've never been able to use. Made an appointment a month ago to have two serious recalls addressed and an oil change done today. Found out when arriving at the dealership today that they failed to order the parts necessary to get the work done, and that someone was supposed to call me and reschedule and never did. I asked if they could at least get my oil changed and they said it wouldn't be a problem. After sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half, I was told they didn't work on my truck and they are closing. I took time off of work and sat there for over an hour for nothing. This dealership has zero regard for peoples time. Their service department is totally mismanaged and clearly cannot support, or service the vehicles they sell. Once the deal is done, they don't care. They could have offered me a loaner vehicle and taken care of the issues but they didn't. I'm going to contact Ford directly and ask them what I need to do to get my vehicle fixed so I can drive my family around without worrying if my brakes are going to suddenly fail. Saxon IG Ford doesn't seem to care to do anything about it. This is the last vehicle I'll buy from Saxon.

I had a great experience working with Inver Grove Ford on my recent purchase. Tim Corcoran was fantastic to work with. I went there with a vehicle in mind. Tim took the time to listen to what I was wanting and not wanting in my vehicle to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for me. I made a purchase that day and I’m loving my new car. Tried to charge me $4200 to fix my car. That wasn't even my problem. Took it to another dealership cost $1500 to fix there. I know now that I would spend $4200 got my car back it was still not been fixed and would've had to spend it he had another $1500 to try something else they had no problem trying to extort or swindle $6000 for a man. Never got a call from management apologizing for trying to take advantage of people I would stay away from this place if you can.

My truck, they destroyed the coil over plug connectors. Stripped out the brake caliper bolts. Change the oil and did not tighten the oil filter. On my car I bring in my own oil and filter which is AMSOIL they put on a Motorcraft filter and oil. Take my oil and filter which I supplied and do what? Who knows? All of these things I had to find out on my own, you think they would have brought this to my attention? I could not give negative stars or I would have. Inver Grove Ford should not even be in business. I received a call from the service manager today with more excuses and oh I am sorry but you are the only customer that has had issues with our service. He said we don't change oil when customers supply their own oil because of this reason. (They have changing my oil for years with the oil and filter that I provide).

I see nothing has improved since I was last in 8 years ago. (Thanks, creepy Google location service!)Scheduling was fine, the advisor noted this was a 4-hour job. Upon drop off, it became a "need it overnight". And I even called it off a few hours early The car was finally done after noon that next day.There was never any update on the repair progress however someone from inventory called to try offering a cash purchase or trade in after getting prior service info from me.After arriving home I noticed someone bent my brand new license plates, probably trying to place a dealer plate frame on, however they were defeated by the anti-theft screws. Either that or criminals are on their lot trying to steal plates.Unlike most dealers, no car wash or anything. Not even the paper over the floor mats.It was very disheartening to overhear the blatant elitism in the service staff right out on the floor in front of customers. If you want a courtesy rental, you better have a really nice car. "Only an F-150 is good for a $40 rental credit. It's not like it's a Lincoln or something black-label."Update 1: just noticed that when they took my door panels off to correct a factory defect with the latches, they cracked a door panel and said/did nothing about it. Of course, it's Saturday and now they won't be open until Monday nothing, so I hope they look forward to that voicemail. Absolutely no integrity at IGF Service.
