Friendly and laid back.. That's been my experience everytime I've stopped by. I'm a younger guy without much experience and the owner and an employee have helped me choose a cigar on multiple occasions.

Best selection in the Twin cities area. The owner Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable about all things cigars. If you are not stopping by the Perfect Ash. You are missing out.

I have recently been getting back into cigars and this was my first time at an actual cigar lounge and I was VERY impressed with the amazing service.As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed some helping finding a cigar are or not. As soon as I mentioned I was new to cigars, he jumped up and said let’s go. He walked me through their cigar selections and provided insight to the companies, flavor and strength. I offered up suggestions and assisted as I picked 4 out.The cigar world can be a bit intimidating (unless you don’t care about where they come from and how made etc etc) and to finally have someone give me informative info on each one was amazing.You can also bring your laptop, buy a cigar or two and work from there!! I’ll for sure be back. Thanks

Honestly, one of the few places that I've felt welcome to in a long time. Fine cigars, excellent Pipe tobacco (with the owner making special blends like my favorite, Nutty Irishman.) And overall, a very friendly staff and comfortable seating. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

A very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman helped us with a cigar and my boyfriend liked the cigar. The cashier thanked us for coming and said he hoped we'd come back. There were multiple seating areas, lots of black and brown leather chairs and we are on a leather couch. TVs were on the Twins game. The air filtration system was doing a mighty fine job. There were bowls of chocolates, Tom Clancy and John Sanford novels to borrow, Cigar Snob magazine to read. And they are open until 9 pm weekdays and 11 pm Friday and Saturday. We'll done!

Gorgeous use of the space. Humidor is well stocked with cigars for both beginners as well as experienced ones. Whether you plan on getting 1 or 100 cigars, you should come down and check this place out
