Called regarding a question about something and was left on hold for 50+ minutes. Literally had to call back on another phone to get an answer all the while my original call sat perpetually on hold.The new person(Diego) who answered didn't even acknowledge or apologize for having me wait until I pressed the matter, then he just made an excuse that "they're busy.. and he just got back from break".

Quick, efficient and amazing service!! I went to sell some Gold, and it was such an easy process. This store is super organized and clean! I will definitely be going back! The employees were very pleasant and fun!

Great workers clean and organized and very helpful they where sooo busy as soon as they opened and he was so polite and fast i couldn't belive it though I was part of the problem being their first thing but I can't recommend this place enough especially the man and lovely young lady that helped me pawn stuff today may 13th 2024 at 11 am
