Had a day of request to have them look at my vehicle. Called them at 12:30pm on a Friday, had it there by 1:30pm. They gave me a call within 30 minutes letting me know the issue. Gave them the green light to go ahead and repair and they had me out the door at 3:50pm. I thought I was going to have to schedule the repair for a later date so it was a welcomed suprise they said they could have it done that day!! Stephen, the service advisor said that it was a safety concern and wanted to make sure it was taken care of right away! Highly reccommend these guys at the Inver Grove Heights location. I had never been there before but will gladly give them my business going forward.

Absolutely would recommend Paul’s auto to anyone! They looked at my car before buying and made me feel so much better about buying it! They were very friendly and quick with looking at it! Very good service!

Highly recommend Paul’s! They were so nice and helpful-my sister was test driving a car and they were able to get us in to take a quick look at it with only a 10 minute heads up. Friendly, efficient staff and made us feel better about the purchase of a used car! I would go back here for service based on our experience.

This place is awesome. I have been using them for almost a decade. Most of my family use them for work on their vehicles. I even had my ex-wife's vehicle repaired there. Now I am taking our company vehicles there for service.

When our usual auto shop went out of business, we decided to give Paul’s a try — we’ve found our new favorite spot for auto service.We stopped for an oil change and asked them to take a look at an engine oil leak that other garages wanted to charge us $1000 to diagnose. Paul’s diagnosed the leak for free and fixed it for $450. Great first impression! We’ll be back!
