I am very pleased to say that my experience at Inver Grove Toyota was the absolute greatest. Everyone there was very professional, very friendly and welcoming. As a first time truck buyer, I was assisted by Adrian, who is one of the salesmen there. He was super awesome and very informative but most of all, he was very patient with me throughout the whole process when purchasing my 2024 Toyota Tacoma. Has to be one of the worst experiences to enter into the inver grove Toyota after calling Joe he said he would call me right back. No phone call back. Do you think people time is Free Joe. Some people are actually looking for a vehicle. I knew better than to trust Inver Grove Toyota . They are always lying to customers never call back, only when they Meet there Quota for the Month. I am sitting I. The lobby of Inver Grove Toyota shop everyone will walk around you. I will never waste my time again. I hope you get your dealer license pulled. Super Terrible experience.

I had money down at Burnsville Toyota and communicated with them for two years waiting for a hybrid RAV4 LE or XLE with the options I wanted, they never delivered. Growing weary, I called Inver Grove Toyota. They said they would have me my car in one month and they did. Thanks much You guys are great! Love the car

When I first walked in I was instantly greeted. Chuck helped me and everything went smoothly. When I noticed there was a problem with the car I reached out to Chuck and he had them fix it. Overall I am very happy with my experience.
