Charlie in the parts department is definitely one of the best. He is always there with the right information and is so helpful in finding the parts you need quickly. He is kind, and takes his time to explain things to you, so you leave feeling confident.

Bought a brand new van from them and saleman promised to fix dent (in writing) on bumper that it came with. Never was fixed after 2.5 years. Transmission went at 100,000 miles and ford wanted $12,000 to fix it. Got three other estimated for $6,000. Do NOT go there. They are a complete rip off.
