Sold my Tacoma here with the help of Bob and Pat. Both were so kind and helpful in the process. I needed a ride to the airport afterwards and instead of letting me take an Uber, Pat personally dropped me off to make sure I made it on time. I really appreciated how fair, honest and straightforward they were!

I had a great time at Inver Grove Ford and "JJJ" made it Great! We had a no pressure experience while looking at a new truck. Jim showed us all the trucks we needed to see before we found the one! He made the torture of buying a new truck simple and fun. He explained all the deals they had and how we can afford it in today day and age. I now have a salesman that has all the information and answers I needed. We left the Inver Grove Ford Dealership with all the knowledge we needed to know about our new truck and a number to contact him if we had any troubles or questions. If you are interested in buying or just driving a Ford try Inver Grove Ford !!! Love my new truck and can't wait to drive it daily. I will be returning when I'm ready to upgrade in the future...thanks "JJJ" appreciate you and your knowledge.

I just got a call and ford is still refusing to pay for power steering but a manager is going to work with me to get it fixed he apologized for the mistake the tech made and will help make it better. Originally i rated 1 star but when work is complete ill do another review. Thank you for looking into the bad experience *David* manager…
I brought my 2012 ford fusion hybrid in because the power steering went out. Was told there was a recall on them and that the recall would replace the rack. The shop ordered the parts and we made an appointment at 7:15 am on a Monday. I show up for my appointment to find out no one was able to work on my vehicle. They had my vehicle for 2 days lost 2 days of pay. On Wednesday morning i received a text message from service that they were sorry to inform me but after ordering the parts and being told everything was covered that in fact i had to pay out of pocket 3,000+ to fix the power steering rac and reprogram the car (hybrid part electric). The service guy said that they entered the wrong milage and it was not covered. What I don't understand is how you can tell me its covered order parts then a week later say oops its not covered its going to be 3,000 to fix. And for ford to reject fixing a problem with their parts on a car that affects the safety of other drivers and myself is outrageous. A recall is a recall shouldn't be any restrictions clearly it is still defective. The guys at inver ford were rude didn't know why or how to explain. Just said opps we entered milage wrong now you have to pay if i was told it was covered it should be on the dealer to fix their tech was wrong not on me.
However i went to apple ford and a nice mad explained to me the reason. And i understand now that he explained even tho its wrong all of it nothing i can do just bought car in march 2024 paid 5000 and now 3,000 in work so im just driving no power steering. Ill definitely be going to apple ford from now on. Inver grove no thanks. (Also received several text messages asking me about trading in my car i said i don't want payments and still got 3 more messages ) I asked nicely please stop messaging me and got another I had to call and ask a manager to have them stop messaging me). Just left a bad taste in my mouth ill never go back.

Well went in for tire rotation and oil change.. Also asked to look a something rattleing in the front end as I had recently had new shocks and an alignment done. Well $400 dollars later and they didn't replace my center caps on my rear wheels. And they wanted another $400 to investigate the rattle in the front end they said "it shouldn't be a safety issue you'll be fine to drive back to Texas, but yeah we heard that rattle for sure". Well I drove straight to goodyear tore and they looked into the rattle, low and behold it was a shock bolt that had backed out.. They charged zero and tightened it for my trip. I've called Inver Ford multiple times left messages with the service manager not a single call back. I'd Highly recommend not using this location as they are inept to rotate tires and replace the components that they take off. fyi the center caps have to be pushed out when the wheel is off. no excuse. will cost me an extra $200 for using Inver Ford.
