When I needed a new bed, I made a point to go to Oakdale to see her and that store isn’t even the closest Hom location to me. She is great with providing information without being pushy. All of the beds that I was interested in were in stock and I received a new bed in under a week.”

There was a computer problem and Bill was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure our mattress was ordered and would be delivered the day we were available. He was knowledgeable on all the mattresses and very patient and kind when we wanted to test out ALL of them to make sure we left knowing we purchased the right one for us. We will definitely be going back to Mattress Firm again.”

“I was robbed. I had $108 credit on my account from previous purchase. David said he would apply it towards warranty on new accropolis chair I just got. It was never credited.I am out $108. And have no warranty on new chairI was just informed by the warranty company fit Assurant that they received appropriate receipt FINALLY from American freight and I should be receiving my paperwork in nail 8-10 business days. This is thanks to Izaah that works at AF I Believe he is an actual manager there.he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and cleared up the mess. Turns out David did not understand what he needed to do to let Assurant know I paid for new warranty on new recliner . He thought I was trying to use warranty from old recliner on new one.but then why would I pay for new 5yr warranty? Don't make sence.all i know is thank God for issac/izaah (I always get his name wrong) but he I a saint and saved th day!!! Just leave David alone he don't know what he is doing . Thanks izaah. ! Looking forward to receiving my proof of warranty in mail. Thanks again for your help :)”

“I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price, which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the "vibes" in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall cheerful tone. They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don't know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars”

“My wife inherited a large chest that her grandfather made. It had about 14 layers of paint from 100 years of use. She took to stripping it herself and put quite a bit of time in but it seemed like a never-ending job.I brought it to Dale before Christmas and he was able to complete the stripping and refinish it in time for the holiday. As someone familiar with the labor and materials involved, I think Dale charged a very reasonable price, especially considering the level of his skill. Highly recommend.”

“I bought two twin sets from here. Got it delivered, and the delivery guy tried to give me a smaller twin box spring that didn't match. I told him it's not mine and I did not pay for that. The wrong box was half the size of the original one...He wouldn't take it back and told me I'll have to order another one and pay for delivery again. I was furious at that point and called the store. They were happy to correct their mistake. The delivery guy took the wrong box back and dropped off the correct box within the hour. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, as I've purchased from them before.”

I walked directly past the person working, twice. They were looking at a computer while eating an apple and didn’t once look up. It was honestly the oddest thing. Owning a small brick and mortar myself, I know that greeting people is an extremely important part of working behind the counter.”

I'll round up.Whenever I am returning from a day trip from northern Iowa and southern Minnesota and I'm staying in Eagan, I always drive by this Target in Inver Grove Heights. It has intrigued me for a while. I was looking for a specific product and decided to visit this Target to see if I could find it. I went after work.I learned that this Target is the closest one from the hotel where I usually stay in Eagan. Who knew? I normally visit the one on Cliff Road, which is a smidge farther. It was great visiting a different Target. There was a lot of parking available. I backed into a spot and walked in.Sadly, the item that I was looking for wasn't available at this store. However, what I did see did open my eyes.I love seeing travel-sized products. The variety is amazing and prices are decent.This store also has Popcornopolis and Pizza Hut. What?! Popcorn and pizza were the best discoveries from this visit. I love both so much.This store has an exceptional selection of umbrellas. It was impressive and a pleasant surprise. Most Targets have a CVS. This store used to have a Minute Clinic where you can seek medical care. Sadly, this store has closed the clinic down permanently. Bummer for those who need a doctor.I enjoyed browsing. I hope that the item gets restocked soon. I will return to get popcorn and pizza. I don't recall having Pizza Hut stateside in ages, so it's time to break that streak. I know where to get my Popcornopolis fix now.(81)”
