“I believe this location is a hidden gem. I know it serves a big area but it was very calm when I visited. Saturday evening and it was easy shopping. This place looked like an outlet the way the product was stacked and overflowing on the shelves. As a customer you love to see it but I know it has to be a pain to the staff. I wouldn't mind doing my shopping here on a regular basis if this is the norm. It's not the biggest location but big enough to enjoy and get what you need. I will take a location that's this size if the shelves are going to be packed to the brim like they are at this location. Parking was easy, a bit of a maze to get in and out but nothing crazy. I'll be back for sure.”

There was a computer problem and Bill was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure our mattress was ordered and would be delivered the day we were available. He was knowledgeable on all the mattresses and very patient and kind when we wanted to test out ALL of them to make sure we left knowing we purchased the right one for us. We will definitely be going back to Mattress Firm again.”

“I was robbed. I had $108 credit on my account from previous purchase. David said he would apply it towards warranty on new accropolis chair I just got. It was never credited.I am out $108. And have no warranty on new chairI was just informed by the warranty company fit Assurant that they received appropriate receipt FINALLY from American freight and I should be receiving my paperwork in nail 8-10 business days. This is thanks to Izaah that works at AF I Believe he is an actual manager there.he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and cleared up the mess. Turns out David did not understand what he needed to do to let Assurant know I paid for new warranty on new recliner . He thought I was trying to use warranty from old recliner on new one.but then why would I pay for new 5yr warranty? Don't make sence.all i know is thank God for issac/izaah (I always get his name wrong) but he I a saint and saved th day!!! Just leave David alone he don't know what he is doing . Thanks izaah. ! Looking forward to receiving my proof of warranty in mail. Thanks again for your help :)”
“We recently made a purchase at Slumberland furniture in Aragon.We were assisted by Mary H and were very pleased with her service.She pointed us to where we could look for what we wanted and then left us alone to look by ourselves.That makes it much easier to just look.She then came over to see if we had any questions.We had brought a seat cushion to match colors to and she helped with what would match which was very helpful.The real thing about the whole experience was the pleasant way we where treated and so we walked away very pleased.The chairs were delivered on time and the delivery people were very pleasant.This was a very pleasant experience.Thank you Dan Mc”

“We went to Bob's to shop for a full length mirror and we ended up buying a whole new set of furniture. We worked with Mark. He is an awesome salesman. He was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, and prepared. He was measuring for us and presented different options until we were able to come up with the perfect match for our home. He did not pressure us and gave us time to ourselves to discuss our desires by ourselves. Once we decided what we wanted to do he made it very easy to order, pay and set up delivery. Once we got home we decided to change our delivery date and he made the whole process super fun and easy. Ron who was the store manager was also very helpful. Explaining in detail our full order and making sure we knew all the ins and outs. They were very professional. I would highly recommend working with Mark if you decide to shop here. He is AWESOME!!”
“This store has some nice looking furniture, art, and other home goods, but I was not acknowledged at any point while in the shop. I was the only customer at the time. I walked directly past the person working, twice. They were looking at a computer while eating an apple and didn’t once look up. It was honestly the oddest thing. Owning a small brick and mortar myself, I know that greeting people is an extremely important part of working behind the counter.”

“I bought two twin sets from here. Got it delivered, and the delivery guy tried to give me a smaller twin box spring that didn't match. I told him it's not mine and I did not pay for that. The wrong box was half the size of the original one...He wouldn't take it back and told me I'll have to order another one and pay for delivery again. I was furious at that point and called the store. They were happy to correct their mistake. The delivery guy took the wrong box back and dropped off the correct box within the hour. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, as I've purchased from them before.”

“Walking in here felt like I was transported into an old world market in India or Egypt. Or maybe that was just me. This place has all kinds of unique furnishings for your home. And if you ever want a Tiffany style stain glass lamp, this is the place to go. They were EVERYWHERE. On almost every piece of furniture. And believe me, there was a lot of furniture. Not only did they have stained glass lamps, but stained glass decorative pieces that you could hang in your window. There were quite a few of those, too. The furniture is all rich, dark stained wood pieces. At first blush, they all looked very well made, but I didn't investigate them very thoroughly. I was just walking through. The back quarter of the warehouse-type store was all Persian-type rugs. All sizes and shapes and lots of them. If ever you were looking for a rug, this might be a good place to look for selection. The store is right off Hwy 280 next to the ApplianceSmart. Take the Como Ave exit to get to it. When I was there just last week, they had a 40% off sale everything in the store. From what I hear, this is a common occurrence. If you're looking for a Tiffany lamp, or an unusual piece of furniture, come here and browse a little. You should find something you like.”
