James was fantastic, very attentive to detail, professional & fun! He helped out with a warranty on tires and I even ended up buying some great wheels! Absolutely fantastic, great service! I have never been disappointed with Discount tire, this location should probably be top in the state in my opinion. All of the staff deserve recognition, I will always return to discount tire. Thanks folks!

I had the best experience here today. James answered my call and I went in to talk to him when I decided this was the best place to go to.
First, I called several places asking about the same tire to gauge the price differences. Discount Tires beat those prices by $300-$500. I was also able to get in right away vs waiting 2-4 days.
James asked me about where I drive to. I told him I work close to home but I take long road trips, off the beaten path, a few times a year. With that information he pulled up 2 tires on the computer to show me. One was a little more expensive but would get more miles before I needed new ones. The other was a bit cheaper, got less miles but had better traction. I opted for the second one because it suited my needs better. He also showed me on the paperwork where it talks about the maintenance included with my purchase such as tire rotations. I set one of my odometers to 0 so I know when to come back for that.
I saved so much money that I was able to buy a full size spare tire as well, in case I find myself in a situation like I was in this weekend. I was far from home and there were no garages open anywhere to get me something better than that donut I had. It was a long and slow drive home on Sunday.
I've bought a lot of tires in my life and never have I felt like I was able to make an informed decision like this. He didn't treat me like a dumb girl which sadly happens often. If you're a girl.. you know. I left feeling very good about my purchase. I didn't drive 10 feet and I could already tell the quality of the tires were a vast improvement from the dealership tires that I had on there previously.

Showed up 25 minutes early and was greeted on a first name basis by the manager before I got to the counter. 4 new tires installed in less than 40 minutes. Very professional. Thanks IGH staff

I went to Discount to check what could be done about a nail in my tire. Originally, David told me it shouldn't be a problem to patch, and everything was cool. They did SUGGEST getting a new tire today, but didn't say i HAD to. We moved forward with the plan to patch. Enter Ron - he comes at me aggressively telling me they can't patch it, so they can put the tire back on and I can be on my way. I was caught off guard as I wasn't against replacing it if that's what needed to be done. So I asked if I could get a replacement and David jumped back in and calmly and got me squared away. If it weren't for my interaction with Ron, I'd fully recommend this store, but I'll probably head in the other direction in the future and go to the Woodbury location.

I had scheduled an appointment at a different discount and called the inver grove DT and I was told to come in to get my tires checked out, they were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. I got there right at 5:50. I was hesitant because I knew they probably wanted to get out on time and not work late but Ron said get here before 6 and I'll be helped, it was probably my best experience at a discount shout out to this team ?

They were right on they said approximately half or less and it was pretty close like 26 min it took them to get the job finished so Yes I give them a 5 star review cause they well earned it. 5 tires on rim off and 5 New on mounted and balanced while I waited it was a vary pleasant visit

Hands down the best discount tire around. ? I showed up at close because I couldn't get there earlier. Asked them to just simply check if my tire would hold the plug I had in it tell Monday when I could come back for a new one and they said they would just take care of it today. These guys are going home late because of me. They dont have to but, They don't want my tire blowing out on my hour drive home. The kindness goes a long way. ✨️ we need more people that truly care. Go see these guys for your tire needs! I know I'll be a forever returning customer.
