Plagued by supply chain issues, often shorthanded, and unable to keep basic medications in stock. (Think statins and antibiotics.) Even more frustrating, and utterly bizarre? No one here is capable of actually transferring a prescription to a neighboring, stocked, CVS.Delivery is slow and expensive, customer service is unhelpful, and hours are idiosyncratic. There are better choices, including Amazon's new pharmacy service.

They don’t open until 10am and then they take a break and close completely for lunch. Not convenient at all. Never have our scripts ready even after receiving notifications that they’re ready. Had to go three different times to troubleshoot picking up an Rx that should have been ready on the first visit. Staff always seem overwhelmed, tired and frustrated. And the space is always messy and disorganized. Computer systems don’t seem to communicate well with Doctor’s offices…always a glitch when I say my doctor’s office sent me a text and let me know my script is ready. CVS computer always seems to think there’s a hold when the doctor’s office says there isn’t. Super frustrating experience. All. The. Time. Management, can you please look into this CVS pharmacy location?! I want to like it and go there because it’s the closest pharmacy to my house. But you’ve got to fix the issues here, please!

Woefully understaffed. There were over a dozen people waiting in line. This is no fault of the staff but indeed reflects poorly on management and the company.

I have multiple chronic illnesses and therefore many meds. The staff at this pharmacy have always been phenomenal! Always friendly and helpful!

If I could give zero stars I would. My 8 month old has influenza, the prescription was sent to the IGH CVS in Target and I was told to give them 30 minutes. We waited, went there, waited another 25 minutes to even talk to the pharmacist, was told it would take them another 30 minutes to fill the order.

I called and waited over 11 min. just to speak to ask a question of whether or not they carry or could order a medication and kept on ignoring my question again and again and kept on saying "I need to talk to your doctor before I can tell you." I just need to confirm it so that I can let the doctor know to send the prescription there. Called Wal-Mart Pharmacy waited for less than a min. asked if they carry or can order the med and said yes. Simple and as easy as that. Way better than having that rude pharmacist at Target who could've just said "No we don't" or "Yes we do"

This pharmacy billed my insurance for a flu shot without my knowledge, without my consent, and without me even being in the store. The pharmacist claimed that she called me first, which is completely false. Dishonest pharmacists and fraudulent billing practices.

I was in a hurry to get to work and the staff was extremely helpful to me. I don't get that service at "other" pharmacies. I will continue to use this one based on their customer focus
