Our service professional Bill was awesome!! He was very friendly and courteous, and explained to me the what and why I was having a problem. He then told me what we were looking for and then replaced parts as necessary. Not all technicians do that and I greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend Culligan Water of Inver Grove Heights!

If you're filling your own water softener you may want to consider Culligan. They do a great job and the service is quite cost effective, especially for older people who could risk injury lifting heavy salt bags.

I needed a new shut off valve and a water softener replacement. BlueOx, over $5000, $1069 of that to install the new valve. Called Culligan, $1900 TOTAL installed, only $29 for said vavle reaplcement. PLEASE shop around, Culligan is awesome!!!

I called to get service on my 20-year-old water softener, and I got some helpful advice from a tech that ended up fixing the issue I had, rather than requiring a service visit. I was very impressed that they were willing to take care of their customers, even though I didn't pay them a dime for the advice. I will definitely be giving them my future business for the way that they take care of their customers!

Bill just came by today for our annual service on our softener/water purification system. He's always so efficient and polite. We have the best water in town because of Culligan. Worth every penny for the great water, regular pellet delivery and annual service. I would recommend installation of their system to everyone.
