Another bait and switch at this cub foods. Two items priced well above what the store stickers show. Person at the front tried to say only for members but realized not true and caught herself. This is noticeable when you only buy one or two items but if your putting a cart through Management must believe you won't notice or not until you get home.Look at your reciept! Is this cubs new business model, bait and switch? Make it difficult to correct? Extra 10 minutes to get the price back to original. I won't trust Cub in Inver Grove Heights till there is an admission and apology.

Seems busier than ever, longer lines and even though I called my prescription in yesterday morning and the automated system said it would be ready to pick up yesterday afternoon, it wasn't ready today at 5 PM..I was watching those ahead if me and it appears they were filling those as people got up to the counter. If I hadn't gotten acceptable service here in the past, this would have been a 1 or 2 star review. If it takes me 30 minutes to pick up prescription next time I will update and be looking for a different pharmacy.

Moron's run this store unfortunately. I am 75 years old and forced to identify myself by minnesot of ID or I could not purchase a cigarette lighter. I chose to leave the store without any of my groceries, I had planned to buy. I wonder if they resolved the chicken and soup I had boxed up at the deli bar. It's not a matter of training, because you cannot train away stupid. And it starts with the senior staff at Cub corporation.

Helpful and courteous, I know they can't check every prescription but people with anxiety medication would appreciate a prompt refill and short wait in the store because this alone can cause a panic attack in some of your customers.

Shannon is so amazing I just love when I get to get her on the phone. She’s so personal and she just knows what I'm going to say before I even need to say it! Thank you Shannon you’re the best best :)

The meat department manager, at IGH, is delusional, crude, nasty, arrogant, and lacks the intelligence on how his department should be run; Let's call him J for Jethro. That is exactly what I have experienced since this arrogant thing has been at Cubs. The employees are apparently afraid to speak with customers, and some support his selling of old meats, and the real hazard with this lousy manager is the foods that he sells. I have found many products on the shelves that were expired, and also, there was a sale on hamburger 3 lb. rolls. I picked one up, and it expired on the following day. I told several people about this and was told it's still good--ONE day before expiration? Who is telling these people to sell these products--the manager? Our safety is not a concern for this manager--since profit is clearly his concern, since I have shopped at this Cub since it changed hands from Kowalskies, and have never found this in the products and in the attitudes of many, who also do not like this poor excuse for a Cub representative. Yes, business has slowed down, and you all should know why: unsafe foods, poor attitudes, lousy management, all because of an arrogant/ignorant person that doesn't have a clue of how to treat employees, and certainly doesn't care of the customers either. Shop here--be careful, and always check the expiration dates on all products--always. And never speak with employees--they may get canned by the dope who should be gone--soon. Wake up Cub foods--he is costing you a lot of money, and maybe many law suits will follow, too.

Once I got home and found the meat was expired. Today I got home and there was a hair in the food from the deli counter. That was the least awful thing about the deli counter.

The star is there so I write this... I wouldn't even give it that. Inver Grove Heights Cub Pharmacy called the optical clinic I work for to verify an Rx from 3 weeks prior... When I told her I had nothing on file she became VERY rude. She said things like "if you have a doctor and someone wants an antibiotic he writes it." We don't specialize in that, but yes he would... However you haven't even told me the name of the patient. She talked to me like a toddler. I explained that our doctor very rarely writes a prescription for eye emergencies... And she requested to speak to someone else who "knew more." When I said I was the manager on duty she LITERALLY told me "I don't know how you are a manager of an optical clinic." DO NOT. GO. TO THAT. PHARMACY. They don't know how to work with someone professionally... And I can't imagine how they speak to customers.
