It's not the nicest Walgreens, but the service has always been very good. We stopped in to get a passport picture it took less than 10 mins and was totally thinking it would take a very long time. Typically most Walgreens has been understaffed, but this one seemed better.

The pharmacy is a real mess.First, the pharmacy hours listed in their own app are wrong. They close it an hour earlier than posted. That was not fun to discover.More importantly, though, they are always back logged. They may be understaffed, and I can understand how hard that is. But when their automated system says that they expect the prescription to be ready at 5:02pm, what am I supposed to expect?It's always at least an hour late. And I mean always. I've had almost a dozen different prescriptions filled over the last two weeks.I don't mind waiting. I get it. But it is extremely frustrating when I plan to be there to pick it up, only to discover it's late. Again.I can't do this any more. I have to switch.

We had appointments for COVID booster shots at specified times and found ourselves in a line that stretched to the center of the store. There did not seem to be a separate line for people with appointments. It took forever. At least three people ahead of us left in disgust. Why offer appointments when you have no intention of honoring them?No social distancing. Many people not wearing masks. I really didn't want to hang around this place for this long.

8/2021 Needed a Walgreens while traveling. Found the staff inside extremely helpful and attentive. Wish they were my local Walgreens. Nothing against my local. But WOW! Super Super attentive. Clean inside. Everything you should expect from a Walgreens and a bit more maybe.

Twice I have used their online scheduling and both times a mess. The first was for a flu vaccine and the staff seemed not to even know that Walgreen's were doing online scheduling. Now, I scheduled a Covid Test 24hr ago online and when I show for the schedule appointment I was told their system is down and cannot do the testing and did not know when they could. Told to call back to check and all I get is the automated system.
