My laptop had a broken hinge and Geek Squad wouldn't handle it. These guys fixed it! The two people I talked two were very professional and easy to talk to, and they communicated well about what needed to be done and what extra work and charges could possibly be required (though in the end they weren't). The cost was less than half the price of a new laptop - not to mention saving me the trouble of setting up a new one. It took a couple of days, but it was worth it.

I have used Computer Resource Center three times and each experience has been excellent. They are very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. I chose to drive 15 miles to their Inver Grove Heights location because of their quality service and quick response. I highly recommend Computer Resource Center.

Expert information, very friendly and helpful, offered options and solutions. Easy to get in and have them take a look, quick turnaround. Reasonable price is a bonus for this kind of experience and help. Luke knows how to make sure you get what you need.

We tried replacing the battery ourselves but the screw/screwdriver that came with the battery were cheap and ruined it. CRC promptly fixed it for us that day.
