The biggest differentiator for me is how Pat deftly navigates through any questions and curveballs that might accompany an insurance claim. I wonder how clueless I may seem about the whole process, but Pat doesn’t let on. He simply takes care of everything. Once I talk to Pat I know I can relax. They are a small (and busy) shop, so it may take a little time to get your work scheduled. For me any wait is a small trade off for the peace of mind and satisfaction that I get working with Haas.”

“Within the past 2 years I have had 3 of my cars here for various repairs and through them all I can say they have truly been a great group to work and do top-notch work. I have referred several others as well, all of whom were equally impressed. Being a car enthusiast I do not settle for sub-par work and therefore I tapped into the car show community for recommendations. This is surely the best way to narrow down your options out of hundreds of companies in the twin cities, most of which are just looking to turn over cars as fast as possible. “My windshield seal flew off during that week of excessive windchill advisories and my husband I could didn’t want to try and glue the seal back on because we were worried about chipping the glass. I had called around to get an estimate, I was told from a larger twin cities company that I might need a complete new windshield and lane departure warning reconfiguration which was quoted at over $1000. A google search led me to Shannon Auto Glass and after reading the reviews, I felt like I could trust this shop and gave them a call. I drive past this shop every week and never gave it a second thought or hardly saw it as I was zooming by on the highway. Like most people, my thoughts automatically go to some larger company. I’m so glad I found this place because Shannon aka Shorty is the sweetest guy ever. He re-glued my windshield seal at zero cost and refused a tip until I insisted, which he gave to his service tech. The office building felt cozy , welcoming and comfortable. The service was quick and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would put my trust in them for future services, as needed.
