They have roaches and these mfs came to my other place with me I did everything to not bring them with me to my new apartment this is crazy and when you move out they will try to charge you for things you didn’t even do insane I cleaned before I left they have me a bill of someone doing a 16 hr shift like run run far

Corporate Leadership and Management are immature and penny pinchers. Watch out and beware of Michael Development and Blackberry Pointe Apartments corporate policies.All of the Inver Grove Heights location on-site staff is great, including the community manager, Kim.

Great place to feel at home in I'd say got alot to offer and the set up of the building thought was great =)
