These guys are the best! Gave me a fair offer for my trade and got me all set with my new bike! Discounts on accessories, service seems super personal and FAST! They are willing to help with any questions. Short story, I’m a novice. I tried changing my own pedals and cross threaded the crank. A few parts later and it was fixed and ready to go in less than 18 hours. Kip and the crew have earned a loyal customer!

I have a vintage John Deere pedal tractor that needed a new chain. Kip and Kyle are the best! Found me a matching chain and even installed it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this gem of a bike shop!!

I cannot believe how wonderful my short experience was with this store and the employees! I had a Specialized racing bike that was in storage for about 3 years. I wanted it tuned so I thought about bringing it to the store I purchased it from. Then I read the reviews of that place in Woodbury and was shocked at how bad the ratings were. You can see online for yourself. I've never seen such bad ratings from so many people. I decided I wasn't going to chance it. I called Bike King. From the second they answered the phone they were friendly and advised I could get my bike in right away. I hauled it to them, and the staff were fantastic. They guy that helped me (I never got his name) was super friendly and we ended up chatting for a bit. It was done that same day. When I went back, another employee retrieved my bike right away, and it looked great. Super friendly staff. Super pricing for tune ups. Everything was just a great experience for such a minor transaction. Customer service is so bad nowadays everywhere, Bike King is an exception. Thank you for the great service and you have a new, life-long customer for all my (and my families) cycling needs! Way more than 5 stars is deserved!

What a nice place to do business with. Was looking for a replacement part for an older Specialized helmet. These guys had it in stock and although they initially did not want to ship it I convinced them to do so. They shipped it right away and I had it in 2 days. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Kip and the other staff were great. Kip built up my Tarmac SL7 which requires everything to be internally routed. He did a great job with the build and even fixed a break problem on my used components. My first ride was flawless with no issues. Kip was a great communicator and he got my bike done quickly. This is a high end bike build and it was done well. Thank you Kip and the rest of the staff at Bike King for helping me out with this project. I highly recommend!
