“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. “I had a wonderful experience with VW of Inver Grove! I knew what I wanted when I got to their dealership and they didn't try to upsell me. I had to wait a few days to get my new Tiguan (supply chain issues!) and they provided me with a rental so my life wouldn't be disrupted. Once my car came in, they made sure I had everything I needed before I left the dealership. This is the second VW we've gotten from them and it won't be the last!”
“They have taken care of our 2012 Prius V the entire time we’ve owned it. They always do a superb job mainly oil changes which come with alignment and other little touches. I love that they have treats, popcorn coffee water for the people in the waiting room. Oops they haven’t brought back the treats sense Covid finished arg I hope they bring this back soon. I wish they would offer us an upgrade. We have loved this car.”
