If I could give less than 1 I would. We decided to give these guys another try after a horrific episode the last time we visited but we believe in buying local. Paid $12k for an Acadia that they never even looked at. Didn't check oil- we owned for less than 4 weeks and about 2,600 miles and was 5 quarts low when we brought in for an oil change. Find out 2 months later that it needs a whole new engine! Had they done their job they would have noticed the low beam light was burnt out (which they made us pay 1/2 for a month later) He also told me to keep them in the loop about the engine as we suspected it would have problems and he offers me an engine for a mere $150 less than a very reputable auto shop in Bemidji!!! $150 and a oil change for their lack of doing their job!!! We paid about 3k more from a car dealership assuming they at least check the oil -HA!!! Nope- right from cleaning to the sales floor! Just fair warning, make sure to check the lights, oil and air conditioning before you leave the lot :)

We were on vacation and came to Waschke for help with a tire. We stopped twice during our vacation, and both times they were wonderful. Jerry and Jerami and another person (sorry I can't remember his name!) were amazing. They spent a lot of time checking the tire, and refilled it. Couldnt' find the leak, but they made sure we were okay to get back home to St. Paul.We aren't even customers there, and they didn't charge us at all. Highly recommend the wonderful, professional and generous staff!!!!
