Terrible customer service. Asked for crawlers and they didn't bother to ask if we were traveling to Canada. Wouldn't refund them either. Lost respect for this business after patronizing them for 10 years.

It’s exactly what the story is called. Outdoors headquarters. The people here are really really friendly and if they haven’t got something you’re looking for they will direct you to a place where you can find it. Top-notch service!

The person working Saturday late afternoon on August 7th was a joke. We went in to purchase some additional jig heads and was asked if we were walleye fishing. I said we were but are up here waiting for the border to open (August 8th at 11:01pm). He told us it wasn't going to open and that he knows a border agent and said they were going to require a notarized Covid test result, and we were not going to get across. I told him that I researched all the requirements and that there was no mention of having a notarized test result. He had a major attitude and replied back he wasn't going to argue with me, and said good luck if you think you'll be crossing, but you won't. This guy had major attitude and went on how he was right and that we shouldn't expect to cross. Guess what, we DID cross with no issues. AND after we left, me son noticed that we were charged wrong! We bought 18 jig heads that were labeled 2 for $1. he charged us a dollar a piece.

I brought my bow in as and it not only cost twice as much as they quoted, but they broke my arrow rest in the process of restringing. Now I must buy a new arrow rest and just install it myself.
