We were greeted immediately and were well informed each step along the way as we set up our new Verizon account and purchased 2 new phones and an iPad! Jeremy was patient and very thorough in his presentation and answered all our questions. Very professional from start to finish! A great start with Verizon after many years with US Cellular. Great experience!!

Mitch did a great job! He was very informative and explained everything clearly to make sure I knew how the trade in worked and the cost of my plan. He had good suggestions on what I needed to protect my new phone and took care of installing them. Overall I was very happy with my experience.
