No customer service after purchasing appliance, no one calls back, no one even keeps record that we called 4 times and have been trying to get a part replaced and issues looked at for several months. Will never purchase from here again

Lisa found us the perfect pair of washer & dryer as our dryer died at the worst possible time! The price was right, in stock and delivery in a couple of days! Dan delivered, installed and took our old washer & dryer away! Everything was great! Dan was especially helpful, courteous and left our home nice and clean!Bob & Nancy Finkenaur

The time came for us to replace our old washing machine. Adrienne was wonderful when assisting us with purchasing the washing machine that met all of my desired specifications. Even though the machine that I wanted was not available right away, it did not take long for it to arrive.We opted to have our old washing machine recycled at the same time that our new washing machine was delivered and installed. Dan from the Hutchinson location did the delivery and installation. This is the second time that he has delivered and installed appliances for us. Dan is absolutely phenomenal. He is both knowledgeable and professional. Even with our terribly steep stairs, Dan was quick with our installation and careful with getting the appliances up and down the stairs. (It was a very tight fit.) He thoroughly checked to make sure that the hoses were all replaced and connected properly. He also any questions that I had.Excellent customer service like that which we received from Dan and Adrienne is why we will continue to purchase our appliances from Home Source in Hutchinson.

Its cliche but I seriously hardly post reviews. I'm from the cities and always went to Warner Stellian because they had great service and were family-owned. I have just moved and frazzled to the max with issues!I am happy to say I got the same family-owned care right at HomeSource! I got there at 515p and Carla greeted me with a warm friendly welcome! It didn't matter that I wasn't getting the highest price W/D. She was happy to sell me what I needed. There was another lovely lady that helped too. I was in good hands.I might pay a little extra but worth every penny when you get quality care and appreciation. I can't wait for the installation next week.Thank you for the peace of mind ? If I need any other appliances I'll be back.

Nice little mom & pop location. I delivered a load for them and Adrienne helped me figure out how to back in. Truckers, use that big gap between the gas station and Homesource. Turn right, at their last exit so you can straight back to their building on the right side, between them and a tire shop. You'll have to make a blind side parking but there's plenty of room to do it. Just take your time and you'll get it.Try Jimmy's Pizza across the street! I got me a calzone that I created with all their veggies and chicken.

Exceptional service! Start to finish it was a great experience. Very obvious these guys know the products they sell, and are determined to sell better quality stuff than the big box for fair prices. We have an old house with installation challenges including a very hard to find size, narrow hallway, stairs. They had to take doors off to get the new fridge in, and the old fridge out. Installer might have been in an extra good mood, but he even cleaned under the old fridge before installing the new one.

Home Source has been great. We moved here in July of 2020 and they were a great source for all our questions.We have purchased our refrigerator and stove from there and they are our source for repairs on our washer and dryer.They answer all questions truthfully and honestly.Their repair and delivery guys are great.I would recommend them to any and everyone!
