Went there to get a plain oil change and when I brought them my car everything was working fine just needing a oil change and somethings looked at. After getting my car back the car is leaking oil for first time and engine doesn't start on first key turn. Seems they broke my car and now think I should pay them to fix it. We started going to Pro Auto when we moved to Hutchinson for the convenient location. Adam and the guys have been taking very good care of us and we keep going back. When something breaks after a repair they make it right and have always been quicker then they told us it would be. I really appreciate the honesty with and care for customers.

They were so nice and understanding. My car broke down at 4:30 pm in Hutchinson (I live 1 1/2 hours away). I called them, told them what was going on and they picked me, my son, and my car up and took us to the shop. Within about 30 minutes, they had fixed the car and had us on our way back home. Very nice bunch of guys!

Just an observer, but they keep my real fussy neighbor coming back. Has nothing but praises for their work & he's been going here for around 5 years. What I observed looked professional, friendly staff, organized operation.
