Dustin is very rude and does not know how to treat customers! The other guy behind counter can't remember the year of your car after telling him 3 times! Seems like all they want to do is sit behind counter amd play on their phones! Cat is the only good thing about the store!

Recommend never buying anything here, owner is extremely rude and if you question the horrible service he will threaten to throw your warranty tool out across the street and tell you you're never allowed in the store again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a business owner, try to warranty a tool bought there told up to 2yrs for replacement. But napaonline has them in stock. When I questioned it the owner said he'd throw my ************* across the street and never come back to the store.
