Owner of the park hikes rent on elderly people without explanation. Just gives notice that it's going up. Unethical at best.

Get better parking for disabled visitors. Getting really close to reporting this to the ADA.

Its a trailer park.... Have some normal people and then there's those nasty methed out looking yuckbags. Not the nicest trailer park not the worst.
