My boyfriend got me this ring for Christmas- this is the second ring he purchased because the stones were falling out. He had to pay more for 2nd ring and even more stones fell out of that one. He was told by female owner that the ring is not meant to be worn all the time!!! WTH Koch’s - stand behind your products!!! I will NEVER Purchase anything from you! A ring is meant to be worn, and that you made him pay for more for replacement is absurd!!! Don’t shop here!!! Dissatisfied customer!!!!!!!

Highly recommend Kock’s Jewelry. I went there for a new necklace and was informed by the owner that mine could likely be repaired. They could have sold me an expensive necklace but instead saved me hundreds of dollars. The honesty and knowledge of the owners is something you don’t find often.

I needed a watch band for my old Timex watch. The owner treated me as if I was buying an expensive piece of jewelry. He not only took the time to help me choose the correct watch band but installed it for me really made sure it fit. Great experience!
