These people are just as bad as Glencoe. Eugene at Glencoe office messed up my taxes, these people fed me some lie to get me to stop reaching out. told me it would be fixed in 3 weeks which is already too much time after i’ve been waiting. Then i’m told 90 days from the customer service line and was told Hutch lied to me. i have emailed Sandra at Hutch multiple times with no response. Horrible people. don’t use them unless u want to be scammed out of $500 just for them to do it wrong you never see your return.

Called to see when they had an appointment open demanded I give then all this information wouldn't give me a date for when they had an opening. Gave me a bunch of attitude was very rude on the phone then said k bye very rudely.
