So disappointed! Went in to get a small trim. Specifically to take off top and bangs. TOTALLY did the opposite. She shaved the back, and even though I asked to take more off top she spent more time talking than doing. I got home and had to cut my own bangs!!!!…by almost an inch. I’ll never go back! Used to be a faithful customer, but my last two times have been less than par. The quality of stylist is not what it used to be!

I love going to Great Clips. Brooke does a fantastic job! And you can definitely tell she loves what she does. My hair is very thick and she makes sure she gets every piece of hair before I walk out of there. Definitely requesting her for all my cuts !

Worst haircut ever!Should have trusted my gut not to go back to this location ever again and I should have trusted the other reviews. But desperate to get my hair cut before Easter I wasrunning out of options, it'll be 3 weeks before I have enough hair on my head to do anything with.Asked for an inch left on the top and it's 1/2 inch long, #2 on the sides tapered out as it fits up, well it's a #2 or less all the way up to the top and she wanted to keep trimming.

Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful and I walked out satisfied with my haircut. But, $34?????? That’s insane!! 3 stars instead of 1 only because of Kaitlyns great personality.

Don't ever go to this great clips location, this is not my first time with this location I've actually been a loyal customer for years but in the recent years I've gotten a non stop stream of fudged haircuts and they only get worse and worse with new employees it's not even the same faces it's just horrible hair stylists or extremely poor service it's not even worth the 20$ service fee this last haircut was so bad I refused to tip and haircuts are the only service I ever tip because its normally pretty easy to earn a tip for decent hair cutting from me but this was attrocious the blonde 5'~6" hair stylist was the worst next to the horrible one i got at another great clips in hermatage PA in my travels, but and I must further explain everyone I've had cut my hair in the last 4 years at this location has screwed it up but this time was particularly bad because I came in with a new hair style picture and everything and the blonde shut me out refused to listen and kept saying let's do a 2 3 4 like the notes I was like no I want a uppercut and shes like it will look like a mushroom top then let's just do 2 3 4 and i expressed myself again she said ok i think i understand what you want and proceeded to do what she wanted to do instead(at this point I can't do anything but be quiet or cause a commotion so I just withheld the tip I planned on giving ($5)) ... No tip and this 1 star review is what she earned and to add fuel to the fire she cut my left side 1 cm to high and the right side half of that distance to high from where she was told to cut it, worst hair stylests work here at great clips it's not even worth getting the service for cheap reasons it's not even worth the trouble, i look like someones practice dummy for cosmetology school lol but serious I look like a jokeP.s. the one named Emma is the best employee this great clips has the rest that filter in and out have been horribleor just mediocre missed hairs uneven cuts and now incapable of listening to customer

I realize don’t get a haircut after the stylist has cut a couple little boys hair. It’s nothing what I wanted. The sides are really short and the back is longer than I usually have. I might have to look for a different shop to go too!
