The last two times I've been here my haircut has been extremely poor. I've been getting the same haircut for years and I have pictures I always show as a reference. Instead I sat down in a chair and I got the majority of my head buzzed off. And to top it off the little bit of work with a scissors that was done is uneven with a patch of hair missing in the front. I was told " it's just the way your hair lays" I sat out in my car for a few minutes looking at it up close with my mirrors and the sunlight and I realized how bad it was. I sent pictures to my girlfriend and she called me immediately and yelled at me for not asking for a refund. I just wish I had realized how bad it was before I left. My mom sent me to her hairdresser who spent twice as long evening it out and removing all the lines left from where my hair was buzzed off.

New hours of operation are not listed on Fantastic Sams Hutchinson website. Frustrated to find this out only after driving there. Far from fantastic.

My daughter Clara loves to come here. She's autistic and has some sensory issues with her hair. The staff here are so kind and considerate. She looks forward to getting her hair cut here and leaves with a smile!

All 3 of my children's hair was destroyed. $237 for someone to destroy my children's hair. Don't waste your time. Do it yourself or go somewhere else. Unbelievable.

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had. Mandi was able to do exactly what I wanted with my hair even though I gave her the worst explanations on what I wanted. ( I’m not good when it comes to that) also very friendly environment. Definitely going backServices: Hair straightening

My husband always tries to get in here and as soon as they are open they are booked for the entire day. They are very rude and rush to do his hair. Would not recommend.

MEN save yourself the embarrassment as well as $25 !!! Maybe this is a women's hair salon but they should have told me before cutting my hair. They obviously messed up my hair and it should have been free, I paid and will never be going back. The guy there was so nervous his hands were LITERALLY shaking, he also didnt know what a fade was and overcut leaving me with a mohawk haircut, also forgot I told him don't cut the top and when I asked for an edge up on the front he pretended to make one. People at work are making fun of my haircut as soon as they see me it's that bad. The man working there needs to go back to school or change jobs. Kind people but they are the worst of the worst for cutting hair.
