brought my car in to get fixed and was told first that it was multiple things that were causing my problems. They said they weren't able to fix any of the problems. what kind of auto shop doesn't know how to fix cars?

Omgoodness!!!I’m reviewing BEFORE my service is even done!! Just because…I NEEDED an oil change TODAY, but it’s already 3pm!!I randomly picked a business off the web, hoping by chance I’d get an oil change.Well??They said YES!!!Bring it in NOW!! Music to my ears!!I was there in 10 minutes!The mechanic grabbed my keys and I jokingly said “I just bought cabin and engine air filters to change by myself, any chance you can change them for me??!!”He said yes!!!With that PRE service attitude they had to care for my car????I have NO DOUBTthe services will be EXCEPTIONALLYmastered, including efficiency!!!Btw???… a walk in customer came in and asked for an oil change for the next day and they replied, “we’ll do it today!!”Just AWESOME service!!!Thanks guys!!! LisaB••AFTER service update! Oil change and filter replacement done UNDER 30 min!!Thanks AGAIN!!! LisaB

I took my car in to have the exhaust welded. When I got the car back they had broken the rack and Pinion. They tried to give the car back to my stepdaughter, telling her there's nothing wrong with it. Then it took two weeks of us calling every couple of days, till we finally got a hold of the owner. Needless to say, the owner was very rude. He hung up on us three times. And he said he would give us $100 discount on the $250 we paid so they could break our car. Already contacted the Better Business Bureau. Do not take your car to Forbes in Hutchinson. They are a rip off, rude, and don't care The owner is unprofessional. I don't know why we actually thought they would be respectable and fix what they broke. Again, the owners son stalled us for two weeks. I really wish I would have disputed the credit card charge. I'm going to do that right now even though it's been over two weeks. I've also contacted the Better Business Bureau. If I can help with this company is not going to screw any more families. Last but certainly not least. The owner had the audacity to tell me. Go have your daddy contact the lawyer. Very rude to who he thought was a teenager. Sir I happen to be 52 years old, and you just broke the wrong person's car. A billboard is next sir! I' am going to try everything I can so you do not break anybody else's car and not take responsibility 0 Stars

The staff was polite reasonably priced and efficient. My oil was changed in less than a half an hour and didn’t charge as much as what the usual price is. I’ll be back as a repeat customer.

I was from out of town and needed some work done...and it was a Saturday. They graciously helped me and I was on my way in short order. Hutchinson is very lucky to have a place like this that truly cares about their customers and will go the extra mile. And to be open on a Saturday is awesome. I hope people realize what a blessing they are to this community.
