I bought 12x12 paper organizers, an ink carousel and ink storage.for my kallax unit. Staff are very helpful with suggestions on hard to organize items. Lots of options. And they are scrappers, so know what they are talking about. Every crafter should visit this store!”

“I would like to give a better review but I drove over an hour to find the mall this store is located in CLOSED. The automated phone recording for this store refers callers to the website which didn't show a change in hours. And you wonder why Joann’s is trying to dig its way out of bankruptcy.

UPDATE: Updated from 1 to 5. Almost didn't go back but glad I did. Still super annoyed at the holiday hours snafu but the store was extremely clean and well organized. The staff was very helpful. Great customer service. Glad I got over my frustration and made the drive. Not really practical for me to go on a regular basis but this store is definitely worth the drive.”
