Hugo post office is the best around. The ladies there are always so helpful, I drive past the one in my town to go to Hugo’s post office. Thanks for your help!

My package was delivered to the wrong location due to a illegible label. I apologize, forgot if her name was Misty or Missy, but she did a wonderful job of locating the box and getting it to me in under an hour. Thank you so much for the amazing job you do.

My Carrier on 2 separate occasions now has shoved a Box that is clearly too large for the mailbox into the mailbox requiring me to destroy the package in order to extract it not to mention that it is damaging the shape of the mailbox itself
