The employees are nice, the workmanship and quality are terrible. Crooked cabinets, misaligned doors, popped screws after 18 months.

I recently finished being an employee for Schwieters Companies after two years of working for them. I want to provide an honest review for those looking to potentially work for the company in the future. There is an incredible amount of opportunity to be had by working at this company. If you are looking to learn some real applicable skills and even high end skills such as finishing (high-end painting, staining) or carpentry this place would love to have you. I worked with a lot of great workers willing to share and teach you skills.Especially if you are just entering the work force check this place out as you can learn a lot (fork-lifts, machine operation, assembly, transportation, and warehouse logistics). This place is a growing company that will reward hard work if you are a solid employee! I'd recommend checking them out.

Schwieters Companies always puts their customers first. In an industry that can be complicated to navigate, they always make the process smooth and easy. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking for an experienced partnership in the mill work supply/install industry.

Followed one of your employees into gas station, very disrespectful towards staff and left his garbage every where. How can you hire individuals who act like that. I know respect cannot be taught, but not what you want driving your company vehicles.
