I’ve had a few poor experiences with them but I’m giving them 4 stars because today, Sarah was super warm and treat me like a human over the phone, like really kind and approachable. I had a bit of a stressful situation and she was helpful and I did not feel judged or anything. Thank you Sarah for making an annoying phone call much more tolerable ! :)”

“I don't understand the negative reviews - perhaps these folks caught an employee on an off day, but that certainly isn't enough to chalk up the entire store as a failure. Are you all perfect and have never had a bad day? Yikes. Guys, I really like this location and everyone is super nice. I am greeted every time I walk in, the store is always clean and well stocked (I always find what I need) and the ladies at the pharmacy are wonderful. Sure, the pharmacists are busy and sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed but have never once been rude to me. Because, imagine that, I am a normal human being who understands that sometimes we're just doing the best we can. This is my pharmacy. Has been for like 4 years and will continue to be.”

“I appreciate Cub Foods more these days. Although it's not my usual place to get groceries when I'm in the Twin Cities, I lie that many Cub Foods open their parking lots for food trucks to gather. It's nice that they support small businesses. Having these food trucks around allows me to sample a bunch of good food while I'm in town.In early March, I learned that this Cub Foods in White Bear Lake (WBL) had five food trucks parked in the parking lot of this Cub Foods. I was excited for the food trucks and visiting WBL for the first time.I came here on a Sunday. The five food trucks were parked away from the actual supermarket. Looking at the store, it looked massive from my vantage point. It has Huntington, a bank. It also has its own liquor store and pharmacy.Out of the five food trucks, I got food from KCM Eggrolls and Original Hockey Mom Brownies. I had already had Rebel Lobster's lobster roll in the past. It was so tough to turn it down because I wanted to try food from other trucks.KCM Eggrolls is known for its footlong egg roll on a stick. I had to get one to say that I've had one. It was yummy. It was full of filling. It was crispy. I enjoyed it.I had a tough time deciding which brownie I wanted from Original Hockey Mom Brownies. I settled for the buttercream swirl brownie. OMG! It was delicious. The buttercream was delightful. The brownie was moist and chewy. It does run sweet, so beware of a sugar rush and a bit of a crash afterwards.The man at the truck loved how happy I was to get my brownie. I was beaming because I hadn't had a brownie in ages. This truck does have a secret menu, which was great to know.I paid cash at both food trucks. They both accept credit cards.Even with the food trucks, there was plenty of parking at this Cub Foods. I should get groceries at Cub Foods next time. I do know a lot about their parking lots and food trucks these days. =)(80)”

“The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. The manager? Wonderful! Today I bought some probiotics, when I left I remembered I had added a coupon to my card... but it didn't come up on the self checkout screen to apply it.. ugh. So I went back later that night, with my receipt and a picture of the coupon that should have come up to apply. Ryan didn't hesitate to reimburse me for the un-applied coupon. He even went above and beyond and instead offered me $5 extraCareBucks for my trouble. I told him thank you and that I appreciated him. It's wonderful to deal w a manager that no hesitation corrects the problem and especially when they go beyond your expectations!! She is a white woman about average height with brown hair who was working in the photo department, she should get a raise if she hasn't gotten one already. Anyways 5/5 stars, left this store believing that God is in fact a woman”

“Very very nice front store staff I've been in and out of this store for years and they only keep improving. Decided to give them a review now because I was recently in line just wanting to buy a few items, just a quick in and out and the line was huge! The young man ringing had called for backup several times and no one came and he was getting the line down very quickly until this very rude lady started complaining about different things in the store to him and wouldn't just shush up and pay. And then she started berating him for "not listening" he handled it very well and just continued ringing with a smile. Eventually I got to being rung up(mind you it has been over 20 minutes and still no one came to help) and i myself start telling him how well he handled that situation and through all that he still had nothing negative to say! Now it's always nice to see him when I stop by and I believe his name is ezekiel or something biblical like that.”
“Hi, I am writing this review about our experience late last night. We were in an accident and we were able to get our vehicle with the help of a trooper to this Walgreens parking lot while we waited for the tow truck. We had our whole family. my husband, and our 3 kids. We informed the manager on duty that we were waiting for our tow and that we could not sit in our vehicle because no heat, and the weather being very cold, we asked if we could hang out while we waited and stayed warm. They were ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! Everyone there was extremely helpful. We bought snacks and drinks and sat in the pharmacy area. They were so nice and caring and asked if there was anything they could do. Lilly was the young girl's name that I remember and she was so kind! I just wanted to recognize the humility and kindness that we were shown in the worst night of our lives. Thank you Walgreens employees!”
