When inquiring about a refill on a particular medication I was often given the incorrect date multiple times before it was eventually filled. When further information was requested on said issue the staff/pharmacist took a defensive approach and ultimately turning the tables on the customer including making only ignorant comments that did not help the situation or problem at hand at all.

Kudos to my family health MD-Dr. Darling & her assistant today, Sasha! Thank you for not rushing my visit and listening to my concerns. Also, the check-in desk staff that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. I like that she says that the MD is running a little late, but I will be seen. It wasn't that long of a wait and it's worth it to see a provider that I respect.

I will never step foot in this clinic again- let alone any Fairview Clinic. My son had an appointment 2 weeks ago at 10:30am, we arrived 5 minutes early. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes I go to the front desk and they inform me that the appointment isn't until 11am and that they are just required to tell you it's a half hour earlier in case your late. Are you kidding me? So we end up waiting even longer in the waiting room- don't get called back to a room until about 11:10. So today my kids had back to back appointments that I scheduled for 9 & 9:30. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told Dr. Cole will only see one of my kids because I did not arrive 30 minuntes early. Are you kidding me? The front desk woman informed me that the Nurse is supposed to take us back to the room at 8:30 and we wait until 9 to see the doctor. Really???? Well last time I got there a half hour early I waited in the lobby the whole time!! This clinic is such a joke and really inconsistent. Ended up just leaving- will never return. Very rude front desk staff as well- they seem so miserable.

I LOVE this pharmacy. They know their PT’s and can answer ANY question. I wish they were open later. But that is not up to them so they don’t lose anything. Really this is a small town vibe, big city know how. Perfect

Best place to go for pretty much anything! They always refill my prescriptions so fast, and they are very helpful in coordinating everything with my doctor's office for me.

Great local pharmacy. They go out of their way to call if you need help. You can actually talk to a person on the phone and there is never a long wait!
