Out of the gates I saved a bunch of money refinancing my truck loan to a lower rate and the folks at the Hugo location are super helpful and friendly. The Minnesota DMV messed up my title transfer (go figure) and Amanda the branch manager was on top of it right away to get it corrected. When my 7 year old wanted to set-up her very first bank account, they went above and beyond - explaining to her how everything worked with a savings account, how to bring her money to the bank to keep it safe, etc. and gave her a little kids piggy bank as well. Believe the hype - there really are a lot of benefits to working with a small, local financial institution and you can tell Heartland cares about you as a customer!”
