“I needed a specialty item, meat from the pigs head, tongue, and ears for a Thomas Keller (French Laundry) recipe. I spoke with Mark and he hooked me up! I cant remember who did the actual cutting, but he read the directions straight out of the cook book I brought. Everyone was very nice and it was quite the experience watching other pigs getting prepared for people. I am excited to make this dish and will update on the quality of the meat soon. But for now 5 stars on service. Thanks Hogmasters! So glad I came across this business.”
“The aroma of spiced meat when you walk into the store is amazing! There is truely a massive selection of creative brats. They have every cut of meat you can imagine. One of my friends brought Grundhofers to a bonfire and I had to get the sausages for myself.
I get a little overwhelmed by choices but the staff was super helpful in suggesting their best sellers. I'm so excited to try the gummy bear brat!”

“We purchased a 1/4 cow in May and have been extremely pleased that we did so. The steaks all cuts have been excellent and taste wonderful. Extremely lean hamburger not even having to drain after browning and wonderful roasts. I have already recommended them to several friends and family s all that have eaten with us have been impressed.We most certainly will be purchasing from them again and have the bonus add of supporting one of our local farmers”
