“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“It was a silly collision. . . Antennae vs. garage door. It took me about 2 months to get everything moving and once deciding on Caliber to do the work, I never looked back. I didn't have to, Why? Because everything they suggested, estimated, informed, and even adjusted original estimated time for repairs, was accurate and totally "customer service" focused. I knew each stage the repairs were in and that was comforting, knowing there was progress. I was included in the repairs of my vehicle! How inclusive is that! They were transparent to the customer. . .me! When I got the car back, WOW, it was clean! Detailed knowing smiles would be produced; and I had many! Someone else cared about my vehicle and me too. FIVE STAR ++ for the staff and technicians at the North St. Paul facility! Appreciative beyond words.”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!”

When North Country discovered that my vehicle did not need brakes, or even new pads, they called and told us, and did not just replace them. I am so grateful for their honesty!
