My A/C went out and he came and gave me a quote. He said he could get me in a couple of days. He called me that night and said he had a cancelation and if they could come at 8am the next day. I was like yes. This was in August 2021 the week it felt like 200 degrees. His grandkids installed the A/C. They did a great job and answered all my questions. I am happy to see that this business will be around for generations.

Pat arrived when he said he would. He took the time to explain exactly how our boiler, furnace and in-floor thermostat worked together. He inspected our entire system, adjusted multiple key settings to improve our heating situation. Most importantly, he left us knowing tons more about our heating / cooling systems. Had grandson come and look at it, he's still learning and couldn't tell me much. Then the next day the owner came out, couldn't turn it on, estimates were horrible not even close plus labor was the other half. 3-3500 just for replacing parts and wasn't even positive if it would work or not. I highly recommend calling a more known company they did everything that was listed and I paid less than half the price! The guy knew exactly what he was doing tested every part and explained it step by step and temporarily got it to at least run until my parts came in which this company didnt.He basically told me you're going to have to get a loan or whatever in order to get it going and that I shouldn't pay this much out of pocket. Wasted my time and money for this company to do NOTHING. Never calling this place again.

I came home at 8pm to a hot and humid house with an AC that wouldn't start. I put in a service request with A-Bear 830pm and by 1030 am the next day Pat had been out and got my system back up and running to cool my house down on a day that was forecasted to be over 100° with the heat index. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service provided.

I had wonderful service to replace my furnace and Ac unit. I think I received the best value also, when I returned home after installation, you would have neve known they were there. I appreciate that so much!
