Unbelievable. For four years they've done this, and I'm finally at my witts end. They SHOVE our mail in the box, like carelessly crumple everything. Today was the last straw, honestly. A piece of mail CLEARLY STATED on the envelope "DO NOT BEND OR FOLD". Can you guess what they did to it!? They crumpled it up, to fit it into my box. An extremely important piece of mail. I said to my self "quit effing up our mail guys" as I closed my box and the employee had the audacity to open the solid door to see who said it, as I left. If I had a choice, I would never return to this post office, seriously. From the bottom of my heart.The funniest and most frustrating thing is that the employees seem to think they're perfect. Like wow I'd hate my job if I were you, too, but no need to do it terribly AND be rude to people.Care or don't, I don't care. But if you have a different choice for a post office, i'd recommend using it.

They continue to deliver packages that are not ours. It's getting to the point where I will start bringing it back to them if it does not get rectified.

If you live in the city of Howard Lake and work a job, good luck getting your packages. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them. USPS refuses to do door delivery and you’re forced to have a P.O. Box. I’ve had so many items get returned, refused to deliver to a P.O., or they’re there and they don’t put them in a locker and I’m stuck trying to get off work early, or wait a week until a Saturday to get them. I left two stars simply because the staff there is helpful. Whoever is in charge though is useless in getting this figured out.

Very friendly, helpful and caring employees. Always willing to assist you with getting larger packages loaded in your vehicle. Always willing to answer any questions you may have. Great facility ?
